WORK LIFE BALANCE
As part of PT. HO WAH GENTING (HWG)’s Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programme, FUNDAY – Work Life Balance was successfully held on 08 December 2025 at Palm Spring, Nongsa.
This event was specially organized to appreciate and strengthen the well-being of HWG employees, subcontractors, and canteen staff, recognizing their continuous dedication and contribution to the company’s daily operations.
The programme focused on promoting work-life balance, fostering stronger relationships, and encouraging teamwork in a relaxed and enjoyable environment. Participants took part in various recreational activities and shared moments that helped relieve work-related stress while building camaraderie across different teams and roles.
